MARK-ANTHONY NDUKA –EZE

Chairman

Mark-Anthony Nduka –Eze began his career as an international immigration attorney with the International Rescue Committee in San Jose, California. He handles all major aspects of corporate and immigration law, including contract drafting and commercial practice, specialty worker visas, intra- company transferee visas, non – immigrant and immigrant investor visas, labor certifications, and Legislative advocacy using technology.

Nduka–Eze is a law graduate of the University of London, England. He studied International Relations at the University of Warwick, England and completed a program in Immigration law at the Golden Gate Law School in San Francisco, California. He was also a research assistant at the Immigrant Legal and Resource Center in San Francisco, California and a member of the New York Bar and an executive member of Africa Bar Association. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association as well as a member of the Immigration Lawyers Practitioner’s Association of England. He has also headed several top positions as a business and legal advisor in software and telecommunications industry in Nigeria and beyond.

Due to his love for tech and innovation, he joined the board of several tech companies and currently the CEO of Etiam Global Concept, a Samsung and Huawei Technologies Partner promoting smart education projects with several state governments in Nigeria. Nduka-eze has built nine ICT centers and have donated them to these states including Abuja capital territory, Ogun state government, Delta, Edo, Imo, Akwa Ibom, Cross river state governments and have trained several youths on ICT vocational skills thereby creating youth employment in Nigeria.

He is a promoter of Samsung Smart Education Program, which is focused on changing the delivery of learning outcomes of the teachers and students of Nigerian educational system; accelerate teacher’s development initiatives and make Nigerian students globally competitive.

Mr. Nduka-Eze is the Chairman of Trade, Investment and Business Immigration of the African Bar Association and is currently working with the African Union and other International Development agencies to develop and promote the African continental Free Trade Agreement, with emphasis on business immigration to promote integration of trade in goods, services and the free movement of people across the continent of Africa.

As the Chairman of the board of TargetAfrica Integrated Services Ltd, Nduka-Eze is using his sphere of influence in ensuring that TargetAfrica helps in revolutionising the African tech industry while using technology to solve many problems facing Africa.

Russell Duru co-founded TargetAfrica Integrated Services Ltd with a group of other technocrats having spent over 20yrs in the techindustry with rich experience in Leadership, Business Development and Technology. He has a background in Computer Science, Masters in Computers System and an MBA in International Business and also possess a certificate in Managerial Leadership in Sales and Marketing and Project Management from Lagos Business School (LBS).

In 2004, he joined Time Computers & Information Technology Ltd Festac as a Software Developer. Later, he joined Urbane Information System Ltd in 2005 as System Engineer before joining Petrodata Management Services Ltd in 2007 as an EDMS Engineer, a position he held for 2 years before being promoted to the position of Team Lead Business Development in 2009. He was later promoted in 2010 as a Manager E-Business where he was responsible for marketing of Petrodata’s EDMS applications, AML solutions and Cloud storage services. Through successful 4-year tenure in Petrodata, he developed and implemented strategic business plans leading to substantial revenue and profit growth. He designed and implemented Petrodata’s Cloud Storage Infrastructure. He was also responsible for the sales of Optix an Electronic Document Management Application to GTBank, Access Bank and Niger Delta Exploration Plc. He also sold Enigma Data archiving solution to Total Plc and ensured the signing of Reseller Agreement between Petrodata, Dow Jones and Datanomic for Anti Money Laundering solutions and AssaiDCMS Netherlands a document control application. He resigned from Petrodata in April 2011 to join Fleet Technologies Ltd (now Vatebra) as a Business Development Manager. In Fleet Technologies, he increased sales by over 75% by introducing new products and services for the company.

He is currently the Managing Director of TargetAfrica Integrated Services Ltd and also on the Executive Management board of another sister company BrandOne Technologies Ltd which he co-founded with other tech experts. He is a member of Nigerian Computer Society NCS, Institute of Strategic Management Nigeria ISMN and Computer Professional Registration Council of Nigeria. He has attended several training both in Nigeria and abroad on electronic document management, new product development, cloud computing, payments & collections solutions, HR and Manpower development, corporate governance and leadership.

Samuel Anyanwu Co-founded TargetAfrica Integrated Services Ltd he has over 15 years of solid experience in Banking, Management and Leadership, Business Development, Information and Communication Technology.

Professional Background:
As a Presales Manager, he joined InfoTech Ltd, a subsidiary of Royal Heads Limited Ikeja, in 2000. He later joined Global Computers Ltd in 2003 as Operations Manager before joining Citizens Intl Bank Ltd in 2002 as a Trainee Banking Officer, where he managed the branch's Funds Transfer and Treasury Operations Units for eighteen (18) months before being promoted to an Assistant Banking Officer. He also worked in the Customer Service Unit (CSU), Cash & Teller, and Credit & Marketing Units at various times.
Due to his extensive knowledge of the branch operations, he was appointed as Head of Operations in 2005. He also collaborated with the Head Office Information management system department (IMSD), managed the branch's IT issues, and was well versed in the administration and use of Finacle and Globus core banking applications. During this time, he made an outstanding impression on his colleagues in the Branch and the Bank as a whole, and he was promoted to the rank of Banking Officer. He resigned in 2007 to join Red Baron International Lagos as General Manager Operations, a position he held for two years before joining Options Group as Director of Operations, where he oversaw the operations of both Options Technologies Ltd and Diskovery Limited. Options Technologies Limited is a Lagos-based information and communication technology company. Preferred Partners include HP, IBM, and Oracle.

Achievements:
With unwavering dedication and a commitment to excellence, Samuel Anyanwu has fostered TargetAfrica Integrated Services Ltd into his most cherished accomplishment. As the Deputy Managing Director, He serves on the boards of several companies. He also serves on the Governing Council of the Institute of Enterprise Management (IEMA). He has received training in Nigeria and abroad in electronic document management, new product development, cloud computing, payments and collections solutions, HR and Manpower development, leadership, strategic management, and business administration.
